Ranch InfoAll Inclusive Ranch Vacation Colorado Vista Verde

After having been through a summer of learning the new norms of operating a business in 2020, we are able to turn our sights to winter and lay our road map for how Vista Verde can continue to be a safe retreat for our guests.

The safety protocols we put into place for the summer have been fine-tuned and are now routine for our staff.  The challenge of winter is that we can’t be outside as much as in the summer, so we have made adjustments to some of the activities to work around that, and are trying out some of the dining accommodations we are considering as we move into the cooler weather of the fall season.  Capping our total guest numbers will continue to allow us to spread everyone out a bit more as well as allow us to keep up with the increased amount of work that is required.  Alongside the expectation that our guests adhere to our county and state guidelines, we also are suggesting that if a guest is not feeling well prior to heading to the ranch they should reschedule their trip for later in the season.  We have a solid plan in place for how to handle a positive case of Covid among our staff, with daily health checks and designated isolation quarters.  What is exciting is that we have had so many of our summer staff interested in coming back for the winter season, so we will have an experienced crew ready to serve our guests!

Our season will run into early April this coming year, so for those of you wanting to plan a Spring Break getaway towards the end of March we will be open!  With the longer days of spring, we will have the patio cleared off for leisurely happy hours and a handful of other fun activity options that are only available when the weather warms up and we transition out of winter.

We hope to see you at the ranch this winter!
