Cancellation policy change through winter 2021
Due to the continued uncertainty about what is around the next bend of 2020, the cancellation policy has been amended for any bookings between now and the end of the 2020-21 winter to a 30-day cancellation window instead of the normal 90-day window. This will allow guests to have a better opportunity to make the decision to travel or not, given current conditions.
