A COFFEE ROASTED IN THE MOUNTAINS
Coffee has always been a staple of Western cowboy culture. Traversing the frontier required early mornings, long hours in the saddle, and cowboys needed something to warm the soul and give them energy for the arduous work ahead of them. Not only was coffee essential to keep cowboys (and gals) going, but it was a way to take pause and share a thought or a laugh over a warm fire.
At Vista Verde, great coffee starts our days and sets the rhythm of every guest’s stay. Brewed early and refilled often, it’s often the backdrop to the most meaningful moments and conversations.
Recently, we asked ourselves,
“Could our coffee be as memorable as the moments it’s part of?”
That led us to create our own new coffee collection for the Ranch and for your home – one that reflects the same way we approach hospitality: thoughtful, intentional, and elevated. Not just another cup of everyday drip coffee, but a premium collection of different blends, roasted fresh weekly in the mountains. Because around here, coffee isn’t just coffee. It’s a way of life.

Vista Verde Ranch Blend
Our house blend. Named for the ranch itself.
Smooth, warm, and reliable. This blend is the one that greets you in the morning and sends you off at night.
A medium roast with hints of milk chocolate, caramel, and praline.
Best brewed for drip, pour over, or any time you need a good cup!
Breakfast Ride Blend
Named after those early-morning rides, guests get to experience a summer sunrise on horseback and an amazing cowboy breakfast at our historic Homestead Cabin.
Tasting notes of stonefruit, raw sugar, and citrus.
A light roast, best brewed pour over, drip, or as you first cup of the day.
Steak Ride Blend
Steak Ride is a staple of summer at the Ranch. After a long ride, a good meal, and just enough sun, you don’t need much more. Except for maybe just one last cup of decaf coffee. This blend has all the flavor, but none of the caffeine kick.
Tasting notes of chocolate, toffee, and almond.
Best brewed drip, french pressed, and (of course) after dinner.
Big Ben's Campfire Blend
The rich choice for Ben Martin, the Ranch’s GM! The perfect companion for slow-sippin’ and sitting next to a roaring campfire, day or night.
A dark roast with hints of dark chocolate and molasses that has a smooth finish.
Best brewed drip, french pressed, or as the classic cowboy coffee.
Lolli Pops' Blend
A special blend inspired by the owners and the grandkids’ nickname for them, “Lolli and Pops.”
This medium roast has a floral and berry notes along with a crisp finish.
Best brewed pour over, drip, or served iced for those hot summer days.
