Our Food & Beverage Director Jonathon Gillespie, in partnership with Regalis Foods, will host a special one-night 7-course White Truffle Christmas Eve dinner. Decadent white truffles from Northern Italy will be the highlight of each dish, offering guests a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience that captures the winter season in each bite.
