Lost Ranger

Built in 2007 as the ranch owners’ personal residence, Lost Ranger takes its name from Lost Ranger Peak—a rugged 12,000-foot summit in the heart of the Mount Zirkel Wilderness. At 1,920 square feet with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, it remains Vista Verde’s largest cabin, designed to give big family groups the space and comfort of a true mountain home. The two-story layout features a king master suite, a queen suite, and two dual twin-bedrooms (one convertible to a king), plus a wood-burning stove, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a hot tub with sweeping views of the winter horse pasture. When we say this is “the big daddy of them all,” we mean it.
