For the avid lover of snow sports, this massage targets specific muscles used in cross-country, backcountry, and skate skiing, as well as snowshoeing. If you’ve been tromping around in our snowy playground and have experienced leg fatigue or cramp, low back, or shoulder tightness, this massage is for you.
Using muscles you haven’t used in a while? Or forgot that you even had? Riding horses is surprisingly a lot of work! This massage is for the horseback rider who is experiencing hip, leg, and back tightness. Let’s loosen you up so that you can be in better rhythm with your horse and do everything that our horse trainers tell you to do!
This is a massage designed for the hard-charging guest who prefers more of a “sports massage”. Utilizing deep tissue work, and active and passive stretching, this massage targets more specific muscle groups and is great for the guest who likes being active. This massage aims to increase mobility, decrease muscle tightness or spasm, and ease stiffness.
