When journalist Sherry Ott visited the ranch earlier this fall as part of a media trip organized by the Colorado Tourism Office, we knew Vista Verde would be included in her posts and some sort of article about touring around Colorado in the fall.  But, we never expected this amazing feature article that Sherry followed up with a few weeks later.  Sherry fell in love, indeed.  And if you have ever fallen in love with your horse at Vista Verde, I think you will relate to her article very well.  This article about learning how to ride a horse on a dude ranch vacation, and falling in love with that horse.  Plus she hits the heart of our goal of offering a unique horseback riding vacation for our guests through thoughtful teaching and wonderful horseback riding opportunities.  Read the article….
