Makes: ½ sheet tray
Ingredients
3 cups- all purpose flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. salt
¾ lb. butter
3 cups- brown sugar
4- Eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
2 cups- chocolate chips
1 cup- chopped pecans
- Let the butter set at room temperature for about a half hour, then cream it together with the sugar until it is light in color. Add in the eggs one at a time until it is fully incorporated along with the vanilla.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the mixture on slow speed, and then add in the chocolate chips, and pecans.
- Spread out the mixture on a well greased ½ sheet pan lined with parchment, and well greased.
- Bake at 350 degrees, until golden brown, then cool, cut, and enjoy.
