Our summer guest schedule is packed. One of the first pieces of advice we give to new guests is that they must accept they cannot do it all. There are just too many fun options! Ideas have been floated over the years for new options that we would love to add, but there was never room in the schedule. With the decision to limit off-ranch outfitter activities due to Covid-19, it gave us the perfect opportunity to add one that has been at the top of our list.
In a recent Facebook post we asked our followers to guess what new activity Chef Chol is consulting on for this summer. The votes were all over the place, and the options were all interesting. The answer? Archery!
When not cooking or taking care of his family, Chef Chol is an avid outdoorsman. So, when Zach, another avid outdoorsman, was tasked to implement an archery program, his go-to guy for consulting was Chol. With that input, Zach has put a great plan in place and is setting up an amazing experience for our guests. The range will have 3D targets and is in a gorgeous setting, so this is the real deal! We look forward to introducing this sport to our guests this summer.
Zach is excited to introduce people to a sport he is so passionate about it, and we are pretty sure we will lure Chol out on the course from time to time.
In addition to the archery program, Devyn also cleared her schedule to offer another early morning yoga class. For you early risers, there will now be an extra morning yoga flow class to start the week off right!
So, never fear, the quandary still exists of how to pick what to do each day….and makes it harder to just relax and take an afternoon off. But, in case your body just can’t take any more adventures Charlie and Ben got a crew together to create some amazing spaces around the pond to relax in a lounge chair in the shade. So, don’t forget to pack a good book!
