At VVR we are implementing the AHLA Safe Stay program to adopt the highest standard of cleanliness for our guests and staff.
In addition to enhanced cleaning protocols, we are also paying close attention to restaurant industry best practices and working with our county health department to assure our guests can be comfortable and feel protected at each meal. There will be many changes to how we present our meals. At the same time, our chefs are taking this opportunity to refresh menus and come up with exciting new dishes.
While we have always felt confident about our cleaning protocols and safe practices in food preparation, this year has raised the bar for best practices. Delaying our opening day is giving us the opportunity to have all these changes in place and the wrinkles ironed out so our guests and staff will feel safe this summer at the ranch.
