Please note that there is no additional service charge or gratuity as our staff does not work for tips. See below for a list of everything that is included in our rates.

A 3 night minimum stay is required in the winter, and you may arrive and depart any day in order to fit your schedule. During Christmas and New Year’s, a five night minimum stay is required.  Children 12 & under are $100 less per night.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 3pm, and Check-out time is 10am.  Guided activities are not included on the day of check-in or check-out, but you are welcome to enjoy the ranch facilities and amenities if you arrive early, or need to stay a bit later.

B & B Rates

With a B & B stay, you still get the great lodging and accommodations. Instead of us coming around each day and planning guided activities, you are on your own to just enjoy your cabin, the hot tub, ski and snowshoe trails, and the great views. These rates were created for the person who wants to come to a beautiful location and just relax and take some time to recharge.

Use of our ski and snowshoe equipment is included so you can get out and ski or snowshoe on your own as well as taking part in any of our evening programs. Airport transfer to and from the Steamboat airport is also included. Ranch activities are available at an extra charge if you get here and decide you can’t resist- approximately $95/person for a guided activity. If you were attracted to the ranch for the variety of activities and quality of personalized service from our guides, then this isn’t the rate package for you. If you just need to take some time to recharge your batteries and don’t want to get out and play with us, then this is for you.
