Getting here: Getting to the ranch is easy! Once your group arrives at the Steamboat-Hayden airport (HDN), we’ll take care of picking you up and taking you to the ranch. Or, you can fly into Denver and either rent a car or take a shuttle for a scenic four-hour drive through the mountains.
Accommodations: Our luxuriously appointed cabins and lodge rooms are available for groups up to 30. There are a total of 9 cabins and 3 Lodge rooms for a total of 21 rooms with private baths. Accommodations have refrigerators, coffee makers, hairdryers and robes. Daily maid service and turndown service is included.
Amenities: Cell phone service is spotty at the ranch, and our cabins do not have phones or TV-after all, you’re trying to escape from distractions! We offer wireless internet, a guest phone, fax machine, and basic AV equipment available at the lodge. Our Great Room in the Main Lodge allows for casual group seating around the rock fireplace, and upstairs we have a conference room for small groups or breakout sessions

Additional Team Building and Group Activities:
Hands-on, team-building activities such as blindfolded rock-climbing, orienteering, pasture golf, and team penning can be transformed to suit your summer needs. In the winter, your group can develop through snowshoeing, backcountry skiing, or learning winter survival skills such as building a snowcave or a fire.
In addition to ranch offered activities, we can arrange for our local “people whisperer” to come work with your group. You’ve heard of “horse whisperers?” Christina Haxton is a “people whisperer.” A unique and powerful experience where you learn unforgettable lessons in building successful teams and authentic leadership from one of nature’s most intuitive and powerful teachers — the HORSE! Add value to your meeting or conference by offering your group a real Steamboat-style western experience while taking your meeting message to a whole new level!
Whether your group connects by learning something new, or simply is reminded of the big picture, our relaxed atmosphere far from the demands of the world, breathtaking scenery, and abundance of activities will provide you with an experience you’ll never forget.
Dining: Our fine cuisine really makes us stand out. We can customize our menus to suit your preferences and needs. The dining experience will impress the connoisseurs of the group and appeal to the picky eaters, whether it is around a fire on a cookout, or served on linen in our dining room. Additionally, we can arrange for wine tastings and cooking classes to be included in your package.
Pricing: Our all-inclusive price includes lodging, meals and activities, meeting-break snacks and room set up, and transportation to and from the Steamboat-Hayden airport. There are no surprises! We will build a package based on your desires and needs. The cost typically ranges from $250 to $500 per night, per person.
Availability: During our main Dude ranch season, we require a Sunday-Sunday stay. The best rates for groups are late-September-October, and January-March.
