Hi, how many empanadas shells would this make? Also, where can I buy masa harina? If I can’t find it, is there a substitute? I’m out on the east coast. Thanks!

Can you provide more details on the ‘shaping’ part? How many parts do I have to divide the dough into to get average size discs?
