Another Holiday tradition at Vista Verde is our Progressive Dinner. Beginning in the late-afternoon on New Year's Eve, we travel around the ranch either on skis or on the sleigh from one destination to the next with a different course served at each spot. After multiple courses at multiple destinations, we end up in the Great Room for a dessert extravaganza and the ranch's very own Boot Drop.
