A 3 night minimum stay is required in the winter, and you may arrive and depart any day in order to fit your schedule.

Rates are per person for the first 1-2 people.  Additional guests in the same accommodation are $100 less per night.

New this winter, we are offering B & B rates.  We really should call it B, L and D since all meals are still included.  The only difference is activities are not included.  For a B & B stay, you still get the great lodging and accommodations.  Instead of us coming around each meal and planning guided activities, you are on your own to just enjoy your cabin, the hot tub, ski and snowshoe trails, and the great views.  A beginner ski lesson and equipment use is included so you can get out and ski or snowshoe on your own as well as taking part in any of our evening programs.  Airport transfer to and from the Steamboat airport is also included.  Ranch activities are available at an extra charge.  For B&B rates, deduct $100/person  from the above posted rates.   Please contact Stephanie for more information.
