For your ease and convenience, our rates are all-inclusive. By that we mean our elegantly appointed cabins and lodge rooms, the three bountiful meals per day prepared by our talented chefs, and the wide variety of guided activities available to you each day are all included.
If you are comparing rates, look closely. Our rates include not only the ranch activities & services, but the gratuities too and even beverages. The reasons for this are simple. We want to have one set rate and not nickel and dime our guests. Some ranches expect you to "voluntarily" add a tip of 12 to 15% on top of your bill, while others add a mandatory service charge of 15%. In true Western style we try to tailor your day to your interest and pace. Each day you can choose from our long list of activities and decide what you want to do and when you want to do it. There are a few additional items that are available to you at an a la carte rate (hot air ballooning and massages, for example.)
The ranch does close down in the spring and fall, so the dates you see in the rate grids below reflect our open dates.

Shorter Stays
June 1-22 and August 31-September 27: To gain the most enjoyment from your dude ranch vacation, we strongly recommend the traditional week-long stay. But if your schedule (or your checkbook) will not permit that, we offer 5 night stays. Cabins: $2,800 Lodges: $ 2,600
Adults Only Times
August 31- September 27: When the kids are back in school, the ranch turns into an adult only playground. All of the same activities are offered, but the guest count is a little lower, the night is a little crisper and the aspens a little more colorful!
