If you have the expectation of amenities like that you find at the best resorts, Vista Verde will deliver, but in a casual and warm manner.  We have invested heavily in the ranch with a major Lodge addition, a new classy Indoor Riding Arena, landscaping improvements and many other infrastructure improvements that make your stay more comfortable.  In addition, we are constantly rotating our cabins through an upgrade and updating process.  While visiting our Colorado resort ranch, you will have the opportunity to enjoy various areas of the ranch that will enhance your vacation experience.

In Room- Each Cabin and Lodge room offers a snack bar, refrigerator stocked with complimentary beverages, coffee maker, hairdryer, robes, plus much more. Daily maid service is included. And you read it right, there are no phones or TV's in the accommodations.  Wireless internet is available at no charge. 

The Fitness Center offers an eliptical and treadmill as well as a multi-gym for strength training.  Chances are, you'll never visit this area as you can get a better workout with a better view on the trail!  But it's here for those times when you just need a gym fix.  Yoga is also offered during your stay. 

The Coyote Corral is where you'll find the Fountain Deck and the spacious Kid's Cabin.  The kids pretty much own this area, but the adults can resort to bribes for entrance into the Kid's Cabin.

The Great Room is an area for lounging as well as gathering with other guests and staff during Happy Half-Hour daily and some of our evening programs.   With beautiuful views of the "Sunday pasture" and a great roaring fire in the winter months, it's elegant and spaciuos, yet warm and inviting. 

Indoor Riding Arena- Our huge and airy indoor riding arena is a great place to meet up with ranch trainer Terry Wegener for a lesson or clinic.  It's cool in the summer and heated in the winter so you and your horse can focus on learning more together. 

Named after the local mountains, our nine cabins are rustic on the outside and anything but on the inside. Of course like the mountains, they are beautiful and spectacular without being the same, so no one cabin is better than the another.

Furnished with a mix of antique, western art, lodgepole pine beds and handmade log furniture, the cabins are comfortable and luxurious. The cabins range from one bedroom, one bathroom to three bedroom, three bathroom. They are quite spacious, and we fit you to the one that gives the right amount of space for the size of your group.

Every cabin has a sitting area with a wood-burning stove for ambiance and to cozy up to on those cool nights. And, each cabin has its own hot tub on the deck so you can sit under the stars and soak at the end of the day.  Please visit our Virtual Tour for views of each cabin.

Convenience, comfort and wonderful views. Located just up the stairs of our Main Lodge, you don't even have to put on shoes to come down for breakfast! Our three lodge rooms are named after nearby lakes that have captured our fancy just like the views from the lodge room balconies have captured the hearts of our guests. Each has a private bathroom and small sitting area.

Recently remodeled and furnished with beautiful western art and handmade King beds, the spacious rooms provide sanctuary to come back to after a long day in the saddle. For those who don't need as much space, or are travelling alone, the lodge rooms are a perfect choice.
