If you could have any one superpower, which would you choose? I actually believe I am Superman. My goal is to save everyone in the world – and while I know that’s God’s job, I sure like trying to help the best I can!
What was your favorite TV show growing up? My favorite TV show was My Friend Flicka. It was about a boy and a horse, I live it every day!

Hometown: Fulda, MN
School: Bethel University
Interests & Hobbies: training horses, sunbathing, football, watching movies, being active
Can you play any instruments? I can play the drums. If you want to see a glimpse of my talent, you can come to VVR music night. I’ll be in the background, but you’ll never catch me without a grin on my face!
Have you ever had a poem or song written about you? I don’t think I’ve ever had a poem or song actually intended to be about me. That said, Terry is really talented when it comes to making any song he wants into a story about my life.
What is your hidden talent? I’m really talented when it comes to improv rap sessions with Carson. We worked together in the kid’s program our first summer here, and had lots of practice throughout the season. My skills might be a little rusty right now, but I’m sure we could still pull it off.

Interests & Hobbies: riding horses, sunbathing, watching movies, and cuddling with my dog Sidney
What was your childhood nickname? Sassy and Snicker Doodle Pie. I guess I shouldn’t say Sassy is a childhood nickname, I still get called Sassy…
What are the three things that make you the happiest? The time I get to spend with my two nieces, seeing my cousin show horses, and the continuing legacy of VVR.
What are the three things still left on bucket list? Participate in barrel racing competitions, show horses, and travel.

Hometown: Plymouth, MN
School: Metro State University
Interests & Hobbies: my handsome horse, Coal! Equine-assisted therapy, baking and hosting friends, hiking/camping/cooking over a campfire
What is the worst punishment you ever received in school? In 1st grade I got caught eating my coloring crayons (which I ate often) and my teacher sent a note home to my mother who couldn’t help but just laugh!
What really gives you the creeps? I’m irrationally afraid of werewolves, despite my complete understanding that they are NOT real. I guess the Twilight movies helped a little bit by having kind, attractive werewolf-men, but I still secretly get super creeped out on full moon nights.
What has been your biggest adventure so far? My young life has just seemed so full of adventure! I have this pattern of moving far away from home to places where I know no one. I got on a plane to Mexico for almost two years without a second thought and had the privilege of meeting and growing with some amazing people. And then I came to VVR…and the story keeps getting better and better!

Hometown: Hilo, Hawaii
School: Hilo High School
Interests & Hobbies: playing music/guitar, singing
What has been your biggest adventure so far? My biggest adventure thus far would have to be the last year and a half of my life: starting with leaving home (Hawaii), and moving to California. I worked at Disneyland with the draft horses, then moved from California to Colorado this past summer to work at VVR. It’s been a wild, but absolutely amazing experience and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Did you have a nickname in middle school or high school? My dad gave me the nickname “Stonehead” when I was a kid. I was always falling and hitting my head, but I was never down for long!
