This is Erica’s fourth season running the kid’s program at Vista Verde. Before living on the ranch, Erica was completing her Masters in Education at CU in Boulder. When she is not working, you can usually find her practicing yoga, walking her dogs, or reading a good book. She also enjoys backcountry skiing, and taste-testing artful dishes created by her husband, Chef John. To prepare for the snow and winter season, Erica and John camped across the island of Kauai for a week to soak up the sun!
Aside from Vista Verde, Suzanna’s favorite job is being the proud aunt to three nieces and five nephews. Her favorite activities include soccer, photography (film & digital), videography, hiking, water skiing, and horseback riding. She also enjoys working with nonprofits and is on the board of a small charitable foundations focused on international development. This winter, she can be found adventuring through the snowy wilderness or reading by the fire with her husband, David.
Mary graduated with a degree in Art Education. This is her 2nd winter here at VVR. This past summer she taught English riding lessons at a summer camp in North Carolina. In her free time, Mary likes to ride horses, hike, knit, do arts & crafts, and play Kan Jam! This upcoming off season she plans on traveling Europe with her three VVR roommates.
